Whistler Stays is a full-service vacation rental management service focusing on select 3+ bedroom properties. We handle (just about) everything for you:
Marketing & Advertising: We use professional photography & leverage all major booking platforms to promote properties effectively: Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Stayz & direct bookings.
Guest Relations: Our team handles bookings, communication, and guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for both owners and visitors.
Property Maintenance: We coordinate housekeeping & regular maintenance/repairs to keep your property in exceptional condition. As long-time locals, we are well-connected to a variety of trades & service businesses.
Pricing & Revenue Management: We strategically price each individual night according to the season, week & day. Holidays & events are significant demand factors we account for. We adjust our units’ calendars after each booking to minimize downtime between stays.
Improvement Consultations: As investors, ourselves, we understand what improvements are cost-effective, & we provide complimentary consultations. We pass on our designer discounts with several retailers at no cost. If you need renovations, we are connected to local, trusted contractors.
Tax & Licensing Coordination: We take care of acquiring appropriate Municipal & Provincial licenses, so you don’t have to. We collect & remit sales taxes on your behalf.
Non-Resident Remissions: For our Non-Resident clients, we handle monthly revenue remissions.
Our Fee:
Whistler Stays charges a flat commission based on net rental revenue. Many property managers charge their fee on gross revenue (i.e on taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees), which significantly inflates the true fee charged. We do not charge any other fees. Conversely, our fee includes several costs such as professional photography, Municipal business license, linens & towels, and small operating items such as light bulbs and batteries.

Maximum Revenues: Rental revenues vary widely by Property Manager. Our goal is to be the top performer in every complex. When searching for a property manager, it’s key to ask their historical performance for units similar to yours. We are happy to share historical revenues, so please ask us!
